Learn more about payment methods at Linsenmax
Our billing system is based on a credit check that is carried out when you register or change your address, as well as when you place an order.
The credit check takes into account the billing address you provide during authentication. In particular, this is compared with your name.
A change of name that has not yet been officially updated and registered, a move or even the entry of your professional address may therefore cause our system to detect an anomaly and refuse payment by invoice. An unregistered building or residence, e.g. at your partner's, may also explain a refusal to pay since our online space.
You should therefore always ensure that the information in your personal space is up to date.
We also reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods, in general or for certain customers, without further justification. To know more : Consult our general conditions of sale
Payment on account is handled by our partner MF Group Factoring SA/PowerPay. By purchasing on account, you accept, in addition to the general sales conditions of Linsenmax, those of our partner MF Group POWERPAY.

Monthly invoices must be paid before the end of each month. You always have the option of paying the entire invoice or a partial payment of at least 10% of the amount due.

You may have a Linsenmax promotional code. First of all, make sure that it is valid (see expiry date), you can then enter it when step 2 of your order, “Cart”. Pay attention to upper and lower case letters when entering your promotion code. Here are the steps to follow:
-
Select your products as usual in the shop;
-
Click on your basket;
-
You will see an insert on the right "Add a promo code" where you can enter your promo code in the appropriate field;
-
Immediately after entering, you will be able to see if the promotion code has been validated;
-
If the promotion code is no longer valid or is intended for another person (in which case, please check that you have not registered more than once), a message will appear stating "The promotion code is not valid".
-
If applicable, a message stating "The promotion code is valid" will appear directly below the input field, as well as a check mark and the amount deducted in CHF to the right of the input field.
When you want to use your promotional code, you must make sure that it is valid (see expiry date). This may be limited to a Linsenmax product category, to a specific product (cleaning products, contact lenses) or to a group of customers (e.g. new customers).
-
If a message appears indicating that the code is no longer valid, then it has probably expired and can no longer be used.
