Health insurance reimbursement:
For legal reasons, we cannot change an invoice after the fact as this would be considered an attempt to defraud health insurance.
To facilitate reimbursement by your health insurance company, we advise you to enter the details of the person for whom you are placing the order. If a parent wishes to place an order for their child, we recommend that you enter their details (first and last name) rather than your own.
Adults are not entitled to any contribution from compulsory basic insurance for visual aids. However, basic insurance covers glasses and contact lenses once a year, at a rate of CHF 180 to 630 per eye, only in the context of certain pathologies (according to the list of LiMA means and devices).
To find out if you are subject to this reimbursement, do not hesitate to consult the list of LiMA means and devices.
If you want to be reimbursed for your contact lenses, all you need to do is take out additional insurance. Supplementary insurance for glasses and contact lenses starts on average at 10 CHF per month.
The invoice date is the same as the dispatch date, which is the date your order leaves our warehouse to be delivered to you. This is not the same as your order date, which is the date you placed your order on the Linsenmax website.
To illustrate this, here is an example:
You place your order on Friday 29 December 2023 (= your order date) on linsenmax.ch. This order will be prepared and will leave our warehouse for delivery to you on the following Monday, Tuesday 2 January 2024 (= your billing and shipping date).
Yes, you can change your billing address at any time directly from your account in the "My personal details" tab.
Alternatively, you can change your billing address during the checkout process of your next order.
