Depending on the amount of your order, the delivery costs for products ordered from our e-commerce site are as follows:

All products offered by Linsenmax are sent exclusively by Post Priority in order to reach you as quickly as possible. As a result, 80% of our products are delivered within 10 days.
If the status of your order is shown as "In Progress" on your account, this means that it has been registered in our system and we are currently waiting for your goods. As soon as it arrives, we will send it to you immediately.
If, by consulting the tracking of your order on your account, you notice that it seems to have been lost or blocked by the carrier, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service by email at fragen@linsenmax.ch.
