Conditions of participation in the Linsenmax competition

This contest will run from December 5 to 18, 2022 until 23:59h, CET, inclusive.

The selection of the winner will take place on December 19, 2022.

Any natural person who is at least 18 years of age and who is resident in Switzerland for the duration of the competition is entitled to take part in this free, no obligation competition. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees of the organizer, their families (spouse, direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives, whether or not they live in the same household), as well as any person who is professionally connected with this competition ("participant").

The winner will be selected at random on December 19, 2022 from among all participants who meet the contest entry requirements.

Linsenmax AG cannot be held responsible in any way for:

• connection, network or computer problems that may limit, slow down or disrupt connections, telephones, telephone lines, telephone systems, website traffic or the Internet;
• technical and mechanical malfunctions
• hard drive or software malfunctions of any kind
• other computer or technical malfunctions
• errors caused by equipment, programming, human error or any other reason
• damage to the participant's or any other person's computers resulting from participation in the Contest.

All personal data submitted by participants in the competition will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

The participant agrees that his or her personal data (first name, e-mail address) may be used by Linsenmax AG for marketing purposes (in particular for newsletters or addressed mailings) and for notification of the prize in connection with the competition.

By entering the draw, participants fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions of participation.

Any violation of the general terms and conditions of the competition will result in exclusion from the competition, invalidity of the participation and the awarding of the prize, and may even result in criminal and/or civil proceedings. Linsenmax AG is entitled to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time and to change or limit the prizes without giving reasons.

No correspondence will be exchanged by any means except with the winners.

Any legal action is excluded. This competition is subject exclusively to Swiss law.
